If I had a quarter for every time a retired Australian cricketer spoke ill of John Buchanan, I’d have about a dollar. But I’d have a lot more, according to Damien Martyn, who says that the Australian coach who oversaw three World Cup Victories, two Ashes victories (including a whitewash), Australia’s first ever series win in India, and probably the most dominant cricket team of all time, was hated by 99% of the team. Which just makes you wonder: is John Buchanan the fucking anti-christ?
